4 Trendy Outfits You’ll See This Fall 2014

Since the wind has started to cool down, I’m sure some of you are starting to wonder about what to put on your wardrobe shopping list. So to help you update your wardrobe for the season of colorful foliage, here's a short list of outfits that are making or about to make a big show this season. This includes styles designed for the colder months ahead.

1. The Bigger- Than-Life Ensemble. Oversized outfits are sticking around this fall. Perhaps the reason could be that they’re great for concealing that extra few pounds that just wouldn't go away. In short, big sweaters and snug belted jackets are just a few of the items you can’t ignore this season.

2. The 'Sixties' Dress. Retro-inspired frocks specifically from the '60s are marching all the way to the runway and on to stores this season. Join the crowd by wearing them with knee-high boots and accessories to complete the look of yesteryear.

3. The Ethereal Knitwear. They’re always here to stay. Whether you opt for big, chunky or small, intricate knitwear, it doesn’t really matter. I just love the warmth and stylishness they bring in every chilly season, so I guess that explains why a lot of avid stylistas love them. I'm sure you do too! 4. The Inevitable Fur. It's not a surprise to see fur jackets and coats around the cold months. After all, they offer the killer combo of style and warmth that are hard to replace. What's more exciting is that you can wear such pieces without feeling guilty thanks to faux fur. So if you want to look stylish wherever you go, include this in your shopping list.

And that's about it for this list. I'm sure you're excited as I am for the cold months because it's the season for layering once again. So even if you're going to be bundled up to fight the chill, let it not be a reason not to look stylish. Have fun!
